What size does my concrete pad need to be?

Do Wide-Span & Vertical Siding buildings require special concrete pad sizes?

Yes. If your building is a wide-span (over 30′ wide) or is a building of any size with vertical wall panels, your pad will need to be bigger than your building. Click HERE for more info.

How long can can you hold my order?

Can I cancel my order and get my deposit back?

However, in doing so, you may forfeit your deposit. Your Dealer has sole discretion on wether or not to refund your deposit. Can I provide my own lift?

No. Our installers provide any needed lifts for construction of your new building. This ensures that: 1.) The right equipment is on the job site 2.) Additional rental fees aren’t incurred in the event that your installation is rescheduled.

Do I have to be home for installation?

Can I make changes after my initial order is placed?

Yes. You can make changes up to the time that we call for scheduling. If changes are made after this, you may be subject to a restocking fee.

In most cases, Yes . Each municipality has its own requirements on when permits are required. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of, and obtain, any required permits prior to installation. Customer Service can assist in providing drawings if needed. Description	This anchor is used for asphalt installations only. It has four fins that, when driven into the ground, holds the anchor in keeping the building secure during high wind conditions.	Typical "screw" or "auger" type anchors. These anchors embed themselves into compacted ground like a screw, securely attaching it to the ground to avoid being lifted in high wind conditions"	Also referred to as "Wedge Anchors", this anchor is inserted into the drilled concrete to fasten the building securely to the concrete pad.	Used in combination with every other anchor style except for concrete, this anchor secures the baserail in place during construction to ensure a sturdy installation.
