What size does my concrete pad need to be?

How long can can you hold my order?

Can I cancel my order and get my deposit back?

Can I provide my own lift?

No. Our installers provide any needed lifts for construction of your new building. This ensures that: The right equipment is on the job site Additional rental fees aren’t incurred in the event that your installation is rescheduled.

Can I make changes after my initial order is placed?

Yes. You can make changes up to the time that we call for scheduling. If changes are made after this, you may be subject to a restocking fee.

In most cases, Yes . Each municipality has its own requirements on when permits are required. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of, and obtain, any required permits prior to installation. Customer Service can assist in providing drawings if needed.
